Dutch with Dodo values your privacy. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What We Collect

We use first-party analytics and crash reporting tools to improve the app experience. Specifically, we collect:

  • App Usage Data (e.g., lesson progress, button taps, screens visited)

  • Crash and Error Logs (to help us identify bugs and improve stability)

  • Device Information (e.g., model, OS version) for debugging only

We do not collect any of the following:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, contact info)

  • Location data

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

  • Behavior across other apps or websites

  • Any third-party analytics or ad tracking

How We Use This Data

  • Improve app features and performance

  • Diagnose and fix bugs or crashes

  • Understand general usage trends (e.g., most popular levels)

Who Can Access This Data

Only the development team of Dutch with Dodo has access to analytics and crash data. Data is stored securely via Google Firebase and never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

User Control

You may disable analytics via the in-app settings at any time. Crash reporting will continue for basic diagnostics but will not include any identifiable data.

Compliance

We comply with all applicable privacy regulations, including Apple’s App Store guidelines and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). No tracking permissions are required or requested because we do not perform tracking as defined by Apple or GDPR.
